policies

It is important that every once and a while you take time for yourself. We live in a fast-paced world that demands our attention whether it is work, family life or personal health. It can be hard to find the time to slow down and let yourself enjoy the moment.

Wilder + Free Beauty Company exists so that individuals can take a little time for themselves. Even just a simple hair styling session will give you an opportunity to focus on yourself for a bit.

IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU

Our salon has a variety of different services. Thus, we can help you express yourself in many different ways. Having a personal sense of style that you can display to the world allows you to feel more like the unique individual you are.

late arrivals

We value your time and will make every effort to start your service on time. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. Due to scheduling commitments to other clients, we may need to reschedule any appointments for which you are more than fifteen minutes late. There also may be a required deposit to make a future appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your service, though it may be necessary to modify the service.

cancellations

We value your loyalty and our service provider's schedule. As a courtesy to our service providers please contact our Front Desk Team to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48-hour notice. In the case that more than 48 hours' notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service; Same day or last-minute cancellations & no shows, will be responsible for 100% of the service price. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for understanding our policy. It is in place to respect the time of the artists as well as other clients waiting for appointments.

All deposits will be non-transferable if the appointment is no showed or canceled beyond the 48-hour policy. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE VIA OUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM, OVER THE PHONE WITH OUR FRONT DESK OR IN RESPONSE TO YOUR TEXT CONFIRMATION. NO VOICE MAILS OR INSTAGRAM MESSAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED; however we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

returns + exchanges

Any purchased retail items found to be defective or unsatisfactory may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days from date of purchase with a receipt.

texture services

A consultation is required prior to booking any texture service (ie: perm, keratin, extensions) for the first time.

service adjustments

We take pride in our quality services at Wilder + Free Beauty Co. If a guest is not completely satisfied with the result of their service, they may request a service adjustment of the same service with the same consultant at no additional cost within one (1) week of the original service date. Guests who decline to return to the same will be referred to Management, who may select another employee based on the individual situation, at no additional charge within one week of original service date. If the redo appointment needs to be rescheduled, you may need to pay for any service rendered.

children

We ask that children under the age of 16 are accompanied by an adult.

pets

We ask you bring service animals only, to abide by our state regulations.
